About

Hi, I'm Michael Pereira, Founding Partner of Your Digital Tool Belt, a CRM and digital services company based in Oakville, Ontario.

I help small and mid-sized businesses get their systems working for them instead of against them. A lot of the companies I work with have outgrown spreadsheets, are paying for a CRM nobody really uses, or have data spread across five different tools that don't talk to each other. That's the kind of problem I like solving.

I'm a certified partner with HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce, and I also build custom apps in QuickBase. On the reporting side, I build Power BI dashboards that give owners a clear picture of what's actually happening in their business. When a project needs it, I can also handle data cleanup and migration, automation, and custom integrations using Python and SQL.

What I can help with:

CRM setup, migration, and cleanup (Zoho One, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Custom QuickBase apps and workflows
Power BI dashboards and reporting
Workflow automation and process mapping
Data migration, cleanup, and integrations
WordPress websites and booking systems

I have a BComm in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, so I approach every project from both the business side and the technical side. Before I build anything, I want to understand how your team actually works, what's slowing you down, and what success looks like for you.

My goal is simple: deliver a system your team will actually use, explain things in plain language, and make sure you're comfortable running it after I hand it off.

If you're not sure exactly what you need yet, that's fine. Send me a message and we can talk it through.

If Workreap gives you a shorter tagline field too, something like "CRM, automation, and reporting for growing businesses" would pair well with this. Want me to trim it down to a specific character limit?

remove education ethos should just be about me and YDTB and how YDTB is a digital transformation firm and everything we can accomplish

Here's the revised version:

Hi, I'm Michael Pereira, Founding Partner of Your Digital Tool Belt (YDTB), a digital transformation firm based in Oakville, Ontario.

At YDTB, we help businesses modernize the way they operate. Whether you're still running on spreadsheets, stuck with a CRM your team never adopted, or juggling data across tools that don't connect, we come in, figure out what's really going on, and build systems that make your business easier to run.

We're certified partners with HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce, and we work across the full picture: your customer data, your internal processes, your reporting, and your online presence. Instead of fixing one piece in isolation, we look at how everything fits together so the whole business runs smoother.

What we can accomplish for you:

CRM implementation, migration, and cleanup (Zoho One, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Custom business apps and workflows built in QuickBase
Power BI dashboards that show you what's actually happening in your business
Workflow automation that cuts out repetitive manual work
Process mapping to find bottlenecks before we build anything
Data migration, cleanup, and custom integrations between your tools
WordPress websites, booking systems, and client intake forms

Every project starts with understanding how your team really works day to day. From there, we build something practical that your people will actually use, explain everything in plain language, and make sure you're confident running it long after we hand it off.

If you know something in your business needs to change but you're not sure where to start, send me a message. We'll talk it through and map out the right next step together.
