Objective
Automatically push GHL leads to Airtable, enriching, tagging, and updating records in real-time using webhooks and n8n/Zapier.Scope of Work
- Map GHL contact fields to Airtable schema
- Create/update records in Airtable
- Apply conditional logic (e.g., only push qualified leads)
- Handle updates for existing contacts
- Implement tagging logic within Airtable
- Maintain audit logs for every record
- Validate incoming webhook data
Technical Requirements
- Handle duplicates gracefully
- Support multiple tables and views
- Retry logic for failed API calls
- Secure API key handling
- Support field type validation
