I configured the GoHighLevel platform, including CRM setup, pipeline management, and automation workflows. I designed and implemented multiple funnels, such as lead generation, sales, and follow-up funnels, utilizing GoHighLevel's landing pages, email marketing, and SMS marketing features. The project also involved integrating the platform with existing tools and services, creating automated sequences, and optimizing conversion paths. My work enhanced customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. I was tasked with cleaning up the Klaviyo profile list for a DTC clothing store, which had experienced an influx of fake spam emails, increasing the Read more list from 600 to over 29,000 profiles. 1. Cleaning the email list to remove fake and spam addresses, ensuring only valid users remained. This involved using Klaviyo's tools and best practices for list cleaning and data validation. 2. Segmenting the cleaned list into targeted categories to enable efficient and personalized email sending. I conducted thorough testing to ensure strong email deliverability and engagement. 3. Advising on strategies to improve email reputation, including potentially switching to a new email domain. This phase involved ongoing monitoring and optimization to maintain high deliverability and engagement rates.
