Job description
Objective
Design and implement a complete lead-to-revenue automation system inside GoHighLevel that manages contacts from initial capture through qualification, nurturing, booking, closing, and post-sale follow-up.Scope of Work
The engineer will:- Map full customer lifecycle
- Build modular workflows (not one giant workflow)
- Create stage-based automation triggers
- Implement lead scoring logic
- Automate opportunity creation & stage movement
- Trigger nurture sequences based on engagement
- Stop automation when goals achieved
- Implement reactivation flows for cold leads
- Prevent automation conflicts between workflows
Technical Requirements
- Modular workflow design
- No automation overlap
- Idempotent logic (no duplicate triggers)
- Exit conditions for every stage
- Naming convention enforced
- Logging/tracking for automation entry/exit
Deliverables
- Lifecycle map diagram
- All workflows built & documented
- Lead scoring logic config
- Pipeline automation rules
- QA testing report
Acceptance Criteria
- Lead moves cleanly through lifecycle
- No duplicate messages
- No stuck contacts
- Automation stops when goal met
- System scalable for high volume
